| 摘 要： | 通过调查，就独生子女群体的心理健康作相关分析，研究认为：独生子女大学生的心理心理承受能力弱，社交能力差．依附性心理强，自尊心过强，易产生焦虑情绪。据此提出培养学生基础体育的能力和终身锻炼的意识，通过体育锻炼教会学生进行心理调整。

| Abstract: | Most of the singleton undergraduates have these mentality problems such as poor bearing capability, weak social ability, being used to depend on others and having too much self-respect. Those undergraduates are easily in anxiety. To resolve it, the writer puts forward the following opinions: According to develop the ability in basic gym and foster the consciousness to take exercises in all his life, those undergraduates would learn to adjust their mentality in physical education. |
