| 摘 要： | 在代建制模式中,国家对代建公司取费标准没有作出明确的规定。各地方在实施代建制模式时,结合自身实际情况,探索出一些不同的取费模式。论文在归纳和分析各种取费模式的优缺点后,提出一种新的、更为科学的、适合在全国范围推广的代建公司取费模式,以便对项目委托方及代建公司在日后项目管理取费方式上做以参考和借鉴。

| Abstract: | In the agent system mode,our country has not made specific requirements of charging standard of construction-agent companies.Many regions have explored a number of different modes through implanting agent system modes and combining actual circumstances.This paper proposes a new,more scientific and suitable charging mode for wide application after summarizing and analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of various modes,in order to provide reference for project clients and construction-agent companies. |
