| Abstract: | The Hong Kong College of Medicine for Chinese established in 1887 is not only the first higher education instruction of Hong Kong, but also the beginning of Chinese higher education of medicine. The college's administrative organizations, design of courses, ways of examinations, construction of teachers, etc. , import the system of modern western education overall, and play a very positive role in the process of the modernization of Chinese higher education. |
