| 摘 要： | 器官移植的临床应用不可避免地引发了伦理难题。本文探讨阻碍器官移植存在的活体供者、尸体供者、死囚器官利用、选择受体以及异种器官移植等伦理道德难题,并从健全立法、加强宣传教育、器官移植应遵循的相应原则等方面提出对策。

| Abstract: | The clinical application of organ transplantation unavoidably brings about ethical problems.The author elaborates the existing factors,such as the living and cadaver donors,utilizing the condemned prisoners' organs,selecting the recipients and practicing organ hetero-transplantation,which hinder the organ transplantation ethically.The corresponding strategies are also expounded from perfecting legislation,enforcing relevant propaganda and adhering to the principles in transplanting organs. |
