| Abstract: | To raise the scientific research level and comprehensive strength of universities,it is necessary and very important to construct a public scientific research platform using the special financial capital from the well-known university "211" and "985" projects.With a group of high quality researchers and a scientific and efficient management mechanism in the public platform,as well as the powerful support from Central South University,a first rate public platform can certainly be constructed. |
