| 摘 要： | 分析对普通高校招收高水平运动员工作的现状和利弊,认为制约普通高校高水平运动队发展的一个重要原因是缺乏有发展潜力的运动员生源,提出普通高校高水平运动队发展的根本之策是建立中小学竞技后备人才培养体系等有关论点和建议。

| Abstract: | The paper analyzes and discusses the current situation,advantages and disadvantages of recruiting high-level athletes in colleges.It is believed that one of the important factors restricting high-level sports teams in colleges from progressing is the lack of potential athletes.Some points and suggestions are put forward.Setting up the cultivation system of reserve sports talents is ultimate plan to the development of high-level sports teams in colleges. |
