| 摘 要： | 文章介绍了制造类专业人才培养方案中机工实训教学环节在准确定位、阶段安排、教学设计及考核评价几方面进行的改革性探索,提出了机工实训环节要融入课程教学,加强专业针对性,合理划分实施阶段,有效促进学生能力增长,以"行动导向"进行教学设计,采用科学、多元化的评价方法考核实训成绩,才能确保和提高教学质量。
