| 摘 要： | 本文应用大量数据,通过对产业结构变动度、产业结构偏离度、比较劳动生产率、区位商等指标的定量分析,结合青海省产业发展的现状和特点,以期找出青海产业结构发展的弊病所在,这些不足即存在产业间发展的不平衡：就业结构不合理、产业间关联度低;同时也存在于各产业内部：农业产业结构不合理、轻重工业比例失调、工业低附加值低加工度、第三产业生产性服务部门滞后等。

| Abstract: | This paper based on a great deal of data and status quo of development of industry structure in Qinghai , through quantitative analysis on the indexes such as change and departure degree of industry structure and comparative productivity, tries to find out disadvantages of Qinghai industry structure. It believes that these problems include unbalanced development of industries, inconsequence of employment structure, and low conjunction between industries. The problems also exist in interior of each industry like irrationality of agricultural industry structure, proportion maladjustment of heavy and light industries, low affixation of industry and underdevelopment of third industry etc. |
