| 摘 要： | 手机视频监控系统伴随着3G的兴起有着广阔的发展空间,随时随地的视频监控也能方便人们的工作和生活。通过研究视频监控相关方面的关键技术,设计了一种基于J2ME的手机视频监控系统,然后实现了该系统的视频服务器的搭建,实现了Web端的服务器管理功能并进行了手机客户端实时视频监控的测试,达到了设计的要求。

| Abstract: | Cell phone video monitoring system has broad space for development with 3G rise,the video monitor can also convenient for people to work and life.This article designs a cell phone video server system based on J2ME through studies video monitor related aspects of the key technology.Then we realized the application of the server,and finished the test of real-time video monitoring. |
