| 摘 要： | 农地流转可以提高农地资源配置效率,促进土地可持续利用,缓解"三农"问题。黔中农地利用受多种不利因素影响,迫切需要发展农地流转,盘活农地资源。通过对黔中区域的安顺市西秀区部分农户进行调研,发现该区农地流转处于发展初期,土地流转中受到市场主体地位边缘化、流转模式单一和缺乏中介等因素影响,文章从农户的角度出发,分析原因,提出解决问题的策略。
