| 摘 要： | 阿尔弗雷德.阿德勒所创立的个体心理学治疗,是一种基于个体心理学理论的心理治疗方法。其治疗理念是在人格整体观的基础上,通过对出生顺序、最初记忆、梦以及生活风格等因素的分析,使来访者意识到自己缺乏合作能力,从而帮助他寻找到一种具有社会兴趣、更加有效的生活风格。该文主要对个体心理学的治疗理论、治疗目标、治疗过程、治疗联盟等方面做了探讨,力图对个体心理学的治疗思想做一个全面的梳理。

| Abstract: | Individual psychotherapy established by Alfred Adler is a kind of therapeutic method based on individual psychology theory.On the basis of the holistic view of personality and through analyzing the factors of birth order,first memories,dream and life style,individual psychology aims to make the client aware of lack of cooperative ability,and consequently help him find a kind of more effective life style contained of social interest.This paper mainly discusses therapeutic theory,therapeutic goals,therapeutic procedure and therapeutic alliance of individual psychology,and attempts to review on the therapeutic ideas of individual psychology comprehensively. |
