| 摘 要： | 高校仪器设备招标采购是现在广泛采用的采购方式,也是高校物资设备管理工作的重要组成部分.本文就仪器设备招标采购过程中的计划论证、标书编制、投标人约束、评标、采购方式规范化等工作的一些难点和问题进行了阐述,并初步探讨了解决办法和措施. |

| Abstract: | It is the widely used matter to put out the public bidding of teaching devices purchase in higher deucation, and is the important component part in the management of goods and materials. The paperexpouds on some hare points and problems for demonstration on the purchase plan, tender documents preparation, requirement subuecter to bidders, comparison and assessment, and normalized purchase,and then discasses on some measures. |
