| 摘 要： | 从不断变化的环境考虑,探讨创业导向、组织因素与知识管理能力的内涵及其测度问题,以组织因素为中介变量,对创业导向与知识管理能力之间的关系及路径进行研究,得出企业在强化创业导向的基础上提升组织因素,从而构筑和发展适应环境变化的知识管理能力的内在逻辑,构建创业导向、组织因素和知识管理能力之间关系的基本假设及其概念模型,并对今后的研究进行展望。
