| 摘 要： | 优化生产现场管理，是我国企业近年来在管理理论和实践中倡导的一种新的管理观念．本文从现场管理信息的综合性分析入手，对现场管理中如何进行信息的集成控制作了初步探讨，并简单介绍了现场管理信息集成控制在企业整体营销中的应用.
