| 摘 要： | 农村基层民主政治建设是中国民主政治建设的重要组成部分,对整个中国民主政治发展具有重要的意义,也是社会主义现代化建设的必然要求。切实加强农村基层党组织建设,充分发挥党的领导核心作用,才能确保基层民主政治建设健康有序的发展。提出了当前影响农村基层党组织发挥领导核心作用的一些因素,又提出了一些改进对策,最后阐述了加强农村基层党组织领导核心作用的重要意义。

| Abstract: | Rural democracy is an important component of China's political democracy.It is of great significance to China's democratic development.Furthermore,it is an essential requirement of socialist modernization.Bringing rural party organizations into full play will ensure rural democracy to develop soundly and orderly.Some factors that hinder their development are put forward.Then some countermeasures are presented.Lastly,the significance of rural Party organizations are given. |
