| 摘 要： | 在福建彩票事业不断发展的同时，出现了业内人才短缺的现象。本文在对福建体育彩票人才的需求进行分析的基础上，建构彩票从业人员职业能力标准，探究校企合作培养体育彩票专门人才的合作策略。为福建省培养体育彩票专门人才，提升彩票人员职业素质能力，进一步推动彩票事业健康发展提供参考依据。

| Abstract: | Lottery ticket cause development in Fujian at the same time,there was a shortage of talent in the industry.Analysis on Fujian province sports lottery talent requirements,this article attempts to construct standard lottery ticket in China professional ability,explore cooperation between school and enterprise cooperation strategies of cultivating specialized talents of sports lottery. |
