| 摘 要： | 介绍了改变以教研室管理实验室的传统方式、建立以学院主管的生物基础实验中心的建设和创新经验。通过优化资源配置与集中资金建设、在实验教学内容和形式上进行创新、建立和健全实验室各项规章制度、充分调动实验技术人员的积极性、建设实验教学资源库、充分发挥信息技术优势等措施，实现了实验室开放共享，优化配置与规模建设，完善了实验教学体系，并且建设与使用同步进行，使实验中心有序与高效地运作，有力地促进了学生实践与创新能力的提高。

| Abstract: | This paper briefly describes the working experience and corresponding effects of fundamental biology experiment center charged by college, instead of by a teaching and research section conventionally. Based on optimizing allocation of resource and gathering funds for construction, innovating in the content and mode of teaching, establishing and improving laboratory regulations, motivating laboratory' s technicians, and through constructing education resources database and displaying the superiority of information technology, we can realize laboratory opening- up and sharing, then perfect the fundamental biology experimental teaching system. Moreover, we practice as constructing, so that the experiment center could work in order and efficiently. Meanwhile, it is important for enhancing the students' experimental abilities and creativities. |
