| 摘 要： | 非正规就业被称为吸纳劳动力的“蓄水池”。目前，我国的非正规就业已经成为促进就业的重要渠道。非正规就业的“不正规”决定了它在发展中出现了诸多问题，应当采取各种措施规范其发展。
