| 摘 要： | ERP系统总体规划是成功实施该项目的先决条件,对整个实施过程有着重要的指导意义,对资金、人才相对薄弱的中小型模具企业更是如此.文章应用工业工程(IE)、业务流程重组(BPR)以及计算机集成制造系统(CIMS)等先进的管理哲学、理念和技术,从模具行业现状、企业现状、以及ERP系统的特点、性能等方面做了较为详尽的阐述,提出了中小模具企业ERP系统总体规划中常见且易忽视的六大关键问题.

| Abstract: | By analyzing some common problems in the essay,the author points out six major issues of implement of the ERP systems that are easily to be ignored in some medium and small mould enterprises.The author also argues that those mould enterprises need to recognize the long duration,complexity,and hardness of ERP program.They need to combine the technology of Business Process Reengineering(BPR),establish the project management system and use techniques of industrial engineering,insist a proper public opinion,and adhere the guiding principle of which,"The project must be planned generally and implemented step by step with certain emphasizes.It is drawn by needs and driven by profits." The overall plan of the ERP system is a precondition of putting the project into a successful practice,and it is important to consider these six issues when planning of ERP system with a scientific reasoning. |
