| 摘 要： | 沥青船液货舱是沥青船设计、制造以及管理的关键。文章介绍了沥青的物理性质、液货舱的两种不同结构,分析了沥青船液货舱的加热保温系统的分类和特点;应用传热学的理论,总结了沥青船液货舱保温的两个措施:选择合适的保温材料和优化的底部支承结构。沥青船液货舱的三维温度场分布是沥青船研究的一个关键技术,对于沥青船液货舱保温加热系统设计具有十分重要的意义,本文的工作可以为进一步的研究工作提供参考。

| Abstract: | Cargo tank of liquid asphalt carrier is the key of designing,producing and managing.Physical property of asphalt and two different forms of cargo tank are introduced in the article.And the category and property of heating and heat preserving system in liquid asphalt carrier is analyzed.Based on the theory of heat transfer,two methods for heat preserving are to be drawn,one is to choose the right adiabatic materials,and the other is to optimize the downside supporting frames.Three dimension temperature fields are the key technology for the liquid asphalt carrier's study.It is important to design heating and heat preserving system of cargo tank.The article can provide certain references for further studies. |
