师范教育应促进教师专业化体系的建构

摘    要:教师专业化追求的方向应该是:教育理念的现代化,教育理论的体系化,教育管理的人性化,教学技能的熟练化,教学方式的艺术化和教学评价的科学化。师范教育在教师专业化的实践中应着重建构四个体系:一是教育科学理论的完整体系;二是教师职业技能培训体系;三是教师职业个体评价体系;四是专业教师的文化体系。

Abstract:The orientation of teachers' specialization should be the modernization of educational notions,the systematization of teaching theories;the humanization of educational administration,the familiarization of teaching skills,the artisticization of teaching mode,and the scientificization of teaching evaluation.In the practice of teachers' specialization,teacher-training should focus on the establishment of restructuring the four systems: first,the complete system of the science of educational theory;second,the training system of teachers' vocational proficiency;third,the individual assessment system of teaching as a profession;fourth,the cultural system of professional construction.
