| 摘 要： | 随着教育改革的不断深入,高校去行政化问题也越来越被人们所关注。从人力资源角度,分析和探讨高校去行政化后管理人员聘用问题,指出只有按规律办事,教授治校,按劳取酬,才能改变旧有的传统习惯,充分调动教职员工的工作积极性,推动高校教育教学改革快速发展。

| Abstract: | With the deepening of educational reform, people paid more and more attention to the problem of de - administra- tion in colleges. From the perspective of human resources, the article analyzes and discusses the problems of post employ- ment for managers after de - administration and points out that three ways, which are to deal with things according to laws, to ask professors to manage colleges and to get paid according to the amount of work, are effective to change the old tradi- tional customs, arose the enthusiasm of teachers and promote the development of higher educational reform. |
