| 摘 要： | 我国建筑企业在承包国际工程时，聘请代理人为其提供信息咨询服务已成为一个必不可少的环节。我国建筑企业要把握时机，积极采取措施提高自身竞争能力，并充分发挥代理人的作用，规避代理人风险，扩大国际工程承包市场份额，这对我国建筑企业的长远发展具有十分重要的意义。

| Abstract: | Employing an agent to provide consuhant service of information is a key program when Chinese building firms contract with an international plant engineering. Chinese building firms should adopt measures to improve competitive capacity of themselves, as well as let agents play an active role and reduce the agent risk in order to increase our market share in international engineering contracting. |
