摘    要:为实现大型集装箱起重机产品的杂交配置设计,根据产品实例模板进行产品实例模板基因化和编码.在考虑实例模板与客户需求相似度的基础上,建立实例化产品的杂交配置设计评价模型.将回交理论、模板理论应用于产品杂交配置设计,绘制回交理论的遗传学效应及基于回交理论的大车行走机构杂交配置设计示意图,给出基于回交理论的产品杂交配置设计流程.通过选取初始种群、确定轮回亲本、引入回交因子,改进基本的差分进化算法,提出一种基于回交理论的差分进化算法.大车行走机构杂交配置设计实例表明,该设计流程和算法能够在较短时间内实现产品的优化配置.

Abstract:In order to realize hybrid configuration design of large scale container crane product, the gene manipulation and encoding for product case templates are done on the basis of product case template. Considering the similarity between case templates and customer requirements, an evaluation model for hybrid configuration design of instantiated product is built. Backcross theory and template theory are applied to the product hybrid configuration design, and genetics effects of the backcross theory and backcross theory based hybrid configuration design of cart mechanism are plotted. A backcross theory based product hybrid configuration design flow is given. By selecting initial population, determining recurrent parent, introducing backcross factor, the basic difference evolution algorithm is improved, and a backcross theory based difference evolution algorithm is proposed. A hybrid configuration design example of cart mechanism shows that the design flow and algorithm can realize optimal product configuration in a short period of time.
