| 摘 要： | 坚持采用动作不对称、变化复杂、节奏快速为主要特点的卡通操进行锻炼，能否对中学生的智力发展与学习成绩的提高有促进作用?实验研究表明，答案是肯定的，卡通操锻炼是发展中学生智力的一种有效手段。
