学校文化品格建构中核心价值观的探寻

摘    要:每一所学校都有其核心的学校文化品格追求。太仓沪太外小以“精彩童年”为核心价值追求的学校文化品格,具体体现为:教师文化品质追求教师专业优质发展;教育文化品格追求德育和智育统一性;管理文化品格追求提高学校管理效能。

Abstract:Every school has its unique core cultural character. "Excellent Childhood" as the school cultural character, which is the core value pursuit of Taicang Hutai Foreign Language Primary School, is reflected in the following aspects: teacher cultural character in pursuit of teacher professional quality development; education cultural character in pursuit of unity between moral and intellectual education; administration cultural character in pursuit of school administrative efficiency.
