| 摘 要： | 工程管理专业是一个交叉型、复合型新专业，在专业建设和专业规划方面还存在一系列有待明确和解决的问题。分析了工程管理专业的学科属性、培养目标和社会竞争力，特别探讨了本专业培养目标、专业定位与社会需求之间存在的差距，提出了专业发展的策略。同时，还对专业方向的设置、课程设置和建设等问题进行了讨论。

Especially discuss the difference among the training objective, specialty orientation and social demand, propose the strategy of specialty development. In the meantime, also discuss the setups of specialty direction, curriculum and construction, etc. |
