| 摘 要： | 根据现代排球运动技战术特点不断变化发展的规律，对儿童少年排球教学训练指导思想的认识，应紧紧围绕未来高水平竞技排球对儿童少年排球基本技术之需，主要掌握好后排扣球基本功，利用多制式、多形式排球竞赛活动的导向作用，促进儿童少年对基本技战术的掌握和基层排球运动的广泛开展，为造就出一批赶超世界先进水平的优秀人材奠定基础。

| Abstract: | The cognizance of the guiding ideology on volleyball teaching and training inadolescent should revolves tightly round the needs of the basic techniques for future high-levelvolleyball competitions and the basic skills of the back- field spike. The directing role of the polysystemsand polytypes of volleyball competition affairs should be fully used to promote adolescent' s masteringon the basic skills and the tactics and to carry out the wide mass volleyball games at the basic units. Inthis way,the basestone is put for cultivating a great deal of the world-level elites in volleyball. |
