| 摘 要： | 竞争情报获取的非文献方法是指不通过公开的文献信息源，而是实地调查等更为直接的方法去获取情报，非文献方法是对文献方法的重要补充和发展，在企业情报竞争中发挥着越越重要的作用，按其是否直接从竞争对手获取情报，又可将其分为直接和间接两种方式，非文献方法较文献方法具有更好的针对性，主动性，隐蔽性和对抗性，能及时获得文献方法难获得的重要情报，但也存在情报获难度大，可靠性难以保证及与工业利用间谍容易混同等缺点。

| Abstract: | In this article, non-document method refers to the method of obtaining intelligence through direct ways such as no-the-spot investigation rather than document. It replenishes the document method and plays a increasingly important role. This article analyses its advantages compared with document method as well as its disadvantages. Then the author proposes that various non-document methods should be synthesized to obtain competitive intelligence to serve the enterprises. |
