电磁悬浮系统的专家PID控制

摘    要:悬浮控制是磁悬浮系统的关键问题,其驱动系统必须在稳定悬浮的基础上设计。将专家PID控制用于电磁悬浮系统(Electromagnetic Suspension System,简称EMS),实现了稳定悬浮。相对于常规的磁悬浮系统,由于控制中加入了专家系统,悬浮系统的响应速度明显增加。系统中只需要气隙传感器而无需加速度传感器。悬浮仿真实验表明,系统具有很好的适应性,也获得了较高的控制精度。

Abstract:The levitation control scheme is the key problem of the magnetically levitated system and the propulsion system has to be designed on the basis of stable levitation. The application of Expert PID control to the electromagnetic suspension system realizes the stable suspension. Compared with the common PID control,system response speed is increased obviously due to the use of expert system. The system needs the gap sensors only but no accelerating ones. The simulation experiment results show that the sysem has good suitability and high control precision.
