| 摘 要： | 目前城市中存在大量的农民工，由于他们的农民身份，使得他们无法享受城市的社会保障权利，但他们已经不再是传统意义上的农民，而为非农职业者，他们同样面临城市职工所面临的各种风险，国家有义务将他们纳入城市社会保障系统；将农民工纳入城市社会保障系统意义重大，却存在一些障碍性因素，但只要转变观念，深化制度改革，把农民工纳入城市社会保障系统是绝对可行的。

| Abstract: | There are a lot of farmer works in current cities . Because of their peasant status, the farmer workers can't enjoy city right. But they have not been the traditional peasants on the meaning any more, instead they work in the cities all over our country, so they face all kinds of risk that the workers face who are oppidan . It is the duty of our nation that to bring the farmer works into the urban social security system . Though it is of great significance to bring the farmer workers into the urban social security system , there are some obstacle factors. But only to change the idea and deeply turn the system reformation that to bring the farmer workers into the urban social security system is absolutely viable. |
