| 摘 要： | 调查研究湖北省高职大学生心理健康状况及特点,为全省高职院校心理健康教育指导工作提供可参考的实践依据。采用校园网络版心理测验软件,选择症状自评量表(SCL-90),对湖北省10所职业技术学院2 084名学生进行了心理健康测验。心理症状表现为中度到非常严重(3～5分)的大学生,人均在90个因子项目中占17.29%项。其中人际敏感、抑郁和强迫三因子项目中存在的心理健康问题最严重,分别占61.768%、52.887%和51.53%。高职院校要高度重视大学生的心理健康问题,利用多种形式开展心理健康教育及咨询工作,对高职生中度以上的心理问题做好危机干预工作。

| Abstract: | The status and characateristics of students' mental health in Hubei higher vacational colleges were studied to provide references on practical bases for education guidance.We use phychological test software via campus network,choose mental symptom checklist-90,test 2 084 students'mental health of 10 higher vacational colleges in Hubei province.Mental symptoms of medium to severence,i.e.3 to 5 scores,were 17.29% of 90 factors per capita.Interpersonal sensitivity,depression and obsession were 3 most serious factors coming up to 61.768%,52.887% and 51.53%,respectively.Higher vacational colleges should attach importance on students' mental health problems,use multi-orientation to develop mental health education and consultation to interfere crisis on students whose mental health over medium degree. |
