| 摘 要： | 采用整群抽样方法，以黄石高等专科学校46名男生和44名女生作为研究对象，用身体素质来制定教学模型以描述和控制跳远的状态，研究结果表明，身体素质的各指标与跳远成绩有显的相关关系，可用作控制跳远教学的信息因子；所建立的男性和女生的教学控制模型能够用于跳远教学控制。

| Abstract: | Adopting sampling from the group,taking 46 boy students and 44 girl students in Huangshi Teachers College as subjects of research,physical quality was used to make teaching model in order to describe and control the state of long jump. The results demonstrated that data of physical quality were obviously related to long jump performances. The teaching control model could be used in long jump teaching control. |
