| 摘 要： | 加入世贸组织给我省高等教育带来前所未有的发展机遇,也带来极大的挑战。从直接影响来看,生源竞争和人才流动将呈国际化趋势,高等教育产业化的程度将不断加深。从间接影响来看,高等教育的全球一体化与国内教育理念和人才培养目标将发生冲突,教育主权也将面临新的考验。为此,我省高等教育必须对自己未来的发展有一个清醒的认识,不断改革与时俱进。

| Abstract: | Joining WTO has brought the higher education of our province some unpr ecedented developing chance, as well as maximum challenge. From the view of dire ct influence, the competition for the source of students and the flowing of able people will appear; the trend of internationalization, the degree of the indust rialization of higher education will constantly be deepened. From the view of in direct influence, the conflict between the globalization of higher education and the education idea and the cultivation purpose for man of ability will happen; the education sovereignty will also be faced with new test. Therefore, it is nec essary for our province's higher education to have a sober understanding for its own development, constantly reform and advance with the time. |
