| 摘 要： | 为证实脐血能否与骨髓一样有促进骨愈合的作用,72只新西兰兔随机被分为兔脐血、人脐血、对照及血肿组。病理组织学及电镜观察结果显示:血肿组较对照组愈合好,两脐血组间无明显差异,愈合质量均比血肿组好。结论:脐血与骨髓一样有促进骨折愈合作用。

| Abstract: | To investigate the function of umbilical blood in the healing of bone fracture, 72 New Zealand rabbits were used in this study being divided into four group: 1, rabbir blood,2, human blood, 3, hemotoma group 4, control. Serous immunological examination was undertaken at different times after experimental tibia cross fracture. Tibia specimen were collected after sacrificing the animal and were under LM and EM examination. The finding showed that both rabbit and human blood can similarly accelerate the healing of bone fracture. Hemotoma also accelerate the healing press though with poor quality than that of umbilical blood. Immunological examination showed normal. Conclusion: Umbilical blood has the same effect as bone marrow in the healing of bone fracture. |
