| Abstract: | The conclusion is reached on the basis of the statistics and analysis of related data in the aspects of literature, questionnaire, comparison of students＇constitution health testing and the measurement of the exercise load of the students in different selective physical education course. The study aims to provide reference for the teaching reform and development of physical education in higher learning institutions. |
