准确测定含金废液中金含量的影响因素控制

摘    要:镀金溶液中当金的含量降低到一定量以后,都将报废成为镀金废液。从废液中回收黄金的问题,不仅具有很高的经济价值更重要的是消除或减轻废液对环境的污染。因此,如何快速定量测出金的含量将为废液金的回收提供必要的数据参数。通过实验,筛选优化了NH4HF^2-碘量法准确测定金含量的最佳试验条件。对稳定剂HCl浓度、镀金液的消解条件、残余硝酸及Pb^2+、Cu^2+、Fe^2+、Co^2+、Sb^3+等重金属离子,对测定结果的影响作了对比;试验表明该方法直接测定微量金的下限为6mg/L。为废液中金的准确测定提供实验依据。

Abstract:The amount of gold in the gold plating solution get low to certain amount,the solution will turn to be golded liquid.The problem of recycling the gold from the waste solution not only have very high economic value but most can disple or lighten the solution to the environment from the waste solution.So,the data of the recycling of the gold in the waste solution is nessisery to how to correctly examin the amount of gold.Through the examination,the best examine condition of the applicable minimum of NH4HF2 to examine the amount of gold be chosen correctly.Compared the influences of the examination results of lodometric concentration of stabilizer HCl,the digesting conditions of gold plated solution's residual nitric acid and heavy metal ions like Pb2+、Cu2+、Fe2+ 、Co2+、Sb3+ and etc.Also,the examination shows that the method can determine the applicable minimum of micro gold is 6mg/L.Provide experimental basis for the correct test of gold.
