师范生职业价值观剖析

摘    要:当前师范生职业价值观已日趋成熟,择业思想也日益成熟。不同的主观因素和客观因素导致了师范生职业价值观的差异。由于师范生的未来职业定位是基础教育教师,他们对教师职业的价值判断结果,影响着对职业的选择,也影响着基础教育质量,因此探讨师范生职业价值观以及就业价值观具有现实意义。

Analysis on Values of Normal Students

Abstract:Recently, occupational values and employment outlook of normal students are getting mature day by day. Different objective and subjective factors lead to disparity in their occupational values. As they are future teachers for primary education, their judgment on the teacher' s value will influence their choices of occupation and the quality of elementary education. Therefore,it is still practically meaningful to explore the occupational values and employment values of normal students.
