| 摘 要： | 运用问卷调查等方法对西安市街道社区体育组织进行研究,结果表明:西安市社区体育组织形式多样,管理干部性别和年龄结构相对合理,开展体育活动内容丰富。社区建设正处于起步阶段,社区体育组织网络体系还没有建立起来,管理队伍体育和文化素质偏低,体育场地设施和经费的匮乏等,是影响西安市社区体育开展的主要因素,同时提出了发展对策,为西部城市社区体育发展提供了一定的参考。

| Abstract: | The organization of community sports in Xi'an district was researched through mainly questionnaire investigation,the results show that: there are kinds of the organizations of community sports in Xi'an,there is comparatively reasonable on the gender and age of managers,community sports events are abundant. The factors which effect the development of community sports in Xi'an are that community construct starting,the network system of community sports organization not having been built,the sport and culture knowledge of managers being low,and sports establishment and fund being short of so on.At the same time,the author puts forward the countermeasure of community sports in Xi'an,and offer ssome references for the development of community sports in the west city of China. |
