摘    要:建立有效的国有企业经营者激励机制是我国国有企业改革的关键问题。年薪制和股权激励是当前国际比较流行的激励模式,我国国有企业必须选择并建立有效的多元化的激励模式,激发国企经营者的积极性,振兴国有企业。

Abstract:It is a key problem to constitute an effective incentive system for our state-owned enterprises.Annual wages system and stock option system are very popular incentive form in the world.Chinese state-owned enterprises should constitute more effective muti-form of incentives to incite the managers of the state-owned enterprises and strengthen these enterprises.
