| 摘 要： | 邓小平坚持解放思想、实事求是,依据新时期社会阶级状况的变化,明确指出我国多党合作制度中民主党派性质已发生根本变化,对其地位和作用作出了符合时代和形势的重新评价;强调要充分发扬社会主义民主,发挥民主党派及党外人士的民主监督作用.从我国国情出发,提出中国共产党领导的多党合作制度是我国政治制度的特点和优点,是我国政党制度的一大优势,多党合作的政治基础是坚持共产党的领导地位.

| Abstract: | DING Xiao ping,adhering to the principle of ideological emanciapation and seeking truth from facts,made it clear that the nature of democratic parties in the co operative system of multi party has changed radically with the change of social status at the new age.Therefore he made a timely re evaluation of their position and functions.He emphasized the full development of socialist democracy as well as the supervision of democratic parties and non party personages.Proceedintg from national situation,he pointed out that the co operative system of multi party under the leadership of the CPC is the feature and merit of national political system,and it is also a great superiority of the party system.Its political base is to uphold the leading position of the CPC.
