| 摘 要： | 为了更好地将培养和践行社会主义核心价值观融入大学生教育教学全过程,综合运用课堂教学、实践养成、文化熏陶、制度保障等方式,发掘学生的优势潜能,使其内化于心,外化于行,在立志中寻找学习的内在动力,使个性化教育真正落到实处,深化立志教育的效果,文华学院信息学部结合学科专业特色,创建五大创新平台,助力个性化培养,构筑"文华"精神,走个性化培养道路,实践检验了课外实践与科技创新是学生个性化培养的重要途径。

| Abstract: | In order to develop and practice the socialist core values into the undergraduate education,to integrated the classroom teaching,practice cultivation,culture edification,institutional guarantee,excavate the potential advantages of every student,in the aim to find the intrinsic motivation of learning,making the individuality cultivating truly into effect, to deepen the effect of education,the department of information science and technology combining with the featured majors and faculty,create the five innovation platform,to help the individuality cultivating,adhere to build the "Wenhua" spirit,so as to the connotative development,the extracurricular practice and technology innovation are the important ways to training the students of individualization,and the practicality and correctness were checked. |
