| 摘 要： | 生物工业不断地发展,应用到的工艺与设备也随着不断改进,高校相应专业的实践课程《发酵工艺与设备实验》的内容、授课方法也必须与时俱进。文中针对华南理工大学《发酵工艺与设备实验》课程的开设、改革过程及教学内容进行了介绍及分析。
