| 摘 要： | 高校学生党支部书记是高校基层党组织的负责人,肩负着重大的政治责任。随着时代的发展,党的基层组织建设工作逐渐加强,高校党支部书记的队伍构成、素质要求和提升也随之发生了改变。高校学生党支部书记的队伍构成由以教师为主体向以学生为主体转变,素质要求由重知识向重能力转变,素质提升由重理论学习向积极实践转变。

| Abstract: | The Party secretary of college student is the person in charge of the Party organization at the grass-roots level in colleges and universities.With the development of the times,the construction of the basic Party organization is gradually strengthened,and the team of the P arty branch secretary in the university is formed.Quality requirements and improvements have also changed.The team composition of the Party branch secretary of college students changed from teachers as the main body to students as the main body,the quality requirement changed from the emphasis on knowledge to the emphasis on ability,and the promotion of quality changed from emphasizing theoretical study to positive practice. |
