摘    要:根据对湖北省图书馆读者的调查和全国第十次国民阅读调查的数据,揭示读者需求的多样化趋势,分析了公共图书馆服务反馈机制运行过程中相关措施,提出应构建高效的信息反馈处理系统,创新服务形式,构建"第三空间",采取合理对策措施,激发图书馆活力,重视人才建设等措施.


Study on Feedback Mechanism in Public Libraries Facing the Challenges of Diversified Service Requirements

Abstract:According to the survey of the readers of the library of Hubei province and the tenth national national reading survey data,the result revealed the trend of diversification of reader's demand,analyzed the related measures of public library service feedback mechanism to run the process,public library should establish effective information feedback system,a new service form,build a"third space",take reasonable measures such as motivating the vatality and paying great attention to the talents.
