| 摘 要： | 本文就科技查新机构人才梯队建设中存在的问题进行了探讨,主要从选拔查新机构优秀管理者、优化配置查新机构从业人员、完善科技查新培训机制、健全机构人员管理制度几方面指出问题并提出了相应的解决对策。

| Abstract: | This paper discussed the problems on echelon personnel construction of sci-tech novelty,mainly in terms of selecting excellent managers of novelty agency,optimal allocating the employed of novelty agency,improving the training mechanism of sci-tech,and perfecting the management system of the employed.Finally the paper put forward the corresponding countermeasures. |
