| 摘 要： | 党的十七大特别强调社会主义和谐文化在全面建设小康社会进程中的重要作用。然而，当前我国社会生活中存在诸多阻滞和谐社会建设的文化失范现象及文化价值冲突。正视这些现象、冲突，认清其危害，追溯其产生缘由，进而积极探索矫正对策，对促进和谐社会建设、提高国家软实力具有重要理论及现实意义。

| Abstract: | The CPC's 17th Congress laid special stress on the important role of socialist harmony culture in the process of building a moderately prosperous society in all respects.However the existence of numerous cultural abnormalities and conflicts of cultural values in our society inhibits the building of a harmonious society.To face up to the problems,trace their sources,and positively explore coping strategies are of important theoretical and realistic significance to promoting the development of social harmony and enhancing our soft power. |
