| 摘 要： | 城乡基础教育发展不均衡一直是制约美国基础教育全面发展的瓶颈。为了消除城乡基础教育发展的差距,美国联邦政府制定和颁布了许多优先发展农村基础教育和差异性优先发展农村基础教育的政策和措施。这些政策和措施有效地促进了美国农村基础教育的发展。

| Abstract: | The imbalance of urban and rural basic education development has restricted its comprehensive development of basic education in the United States.In order to eliminate the gap between urban and rural basic education development,the U.S.federal government has formulated and promulgated a number of policies and measures which gave priority to the development of basic education in rural areas and diverse development of rural basic education.These policies and measures have effectively promoted the development of basic education in rural areas. |
