燃机叶片冷却技术对透平初温的影响

摘    要:燃机叶片冷却对机组寿命、热效率等至关重要。燃气轮机效率的提高,主要表现在透平初温的提高。提高透平初温的关键是如何提高一、二级动静叶片的耐高温性能,主要办法是研究开发耐高温材料以及加强叶片的冷却效果。着重叙述的是叶片的冷却技术对提高透平初温的影响。

The Influence of Vanes' Cooling Technology on Initial Temperature of Gas Turbine
Abstract:Cooling for the turbine blade is significant to the unit lifetime and work ratio. The increase of the gas turbine work ratio is mostly demonstrated by the increase of the turbine initial temperature. The key to increase the turbine initial temperature is increasing the high-temperature capability of the first and second stage blades, and the main method is researching and developing a high-temperature material and enhancing the blade cooling effects. This essay mainly specifies the impacts of the blade cooling technique on the turbine initial temperature.
