| Abstract: | The Instructional Systems Technology (IST) program at UNC Charlotte develops instructional technologists who are grounded in instructional technology foundations, principles, theories, applications, and current trends. The program also provides opportunities for students to integrate different forms of technology to enhance teaching and learning. In this article, we introduce the IST program, its real‐world HPT course, and its learning leaders forum that brings industry leaders and the IST program together to discuss the trends in the field. |
